ARNO BERNARD Jr.
Arno and his Sons (including Arno Jr.) have been making knives in their Native land of South Africa for over three decades and their work has steadily gained popularity in the U.S. for their unique designs, great craftsmanship and very affordable pricing.
This knife comes from a very large, Hand Selected collection of a great Customer of mine who recently passed away. This collection contains many knives from Makers / Brands that I do not normally carry – I will list them all as time allows.
This is Arno’s Croc model. Named after the predatory Salt Water Crocodiles that inhabit that part of the world. A straight forward, tough design for larger jobs.
Beautiful well matched Stabilized Snakewood handle scales. This material is uncommon and these scales have awesome grain and character.
Well balanced with a generous handle, this Arno Bernard Croc has a tang Tapered which Arno doesn’t do very often anymore.
The handle design creates a secure feel, no sliding forward or back due to the Birds Beak at the rear and the integral finger guard at the front.
This knife comes with an exotic Cape Buffalo Leather pouch sheath built for Right Hand belt carry.
