JAKUB SLIWKOSKY
Jakub Slikowsky is a young Engineer turned custom Knife Maker from Poland. Jakub has been making knives for over a decade and has been a Full Time Maker since 2018. Many of his blades have an inspiration in outdoor Indigenous blades. Without using a CNC machine or any computerized equipment, he has become known for his clean designs and attention to detail. Jakub has built up a loyal following in his native land of Poland and I am confident that he will quickly secure a place among Outdoor enthusiasts in the US.

This Tough example of the Bushcraft Mora was built for much more Hard Use than just ordinary Woods carry. This is a Tough knife that was made for, but not limited to, extreme Outdoor activities.
The Custom Handle is Hand Crafted from thick, Custom Contoured Jute Fiber Micarta. The Custom Contoured Handle is slightly Thicker in the front to adequately fill the palm, and then Tapered in the back to allow the rear fingers a better grip. The Ergonomic shape molds to the hand and makes the knife feel like an extension of your arm.
Jakub Hand Ground the M390 Blade ~ measuring .135 Thick with a Tested Rockwell of 61 Rc. It has a High Flat Grind and the blade bevel has a vertical Machine Satin finish with a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed Horizontal finish on the Flats.
Note the Precise Grinds of the elegant Drop Point blade on this Jakub Sliwkosky Mora. The late Distal Taper takes weight off the Tip and insures effortless penetration.
