Arno has been making knives in his Native land of South Africa for over decade and has steadily gained popularity in the U.S. for his unqiue designs, great craftsmanship and his very affordable pricing.
This is a Large design Chopper Skinner that I absolutely love. The blade is 1 1/2" wide! Beautiful exterior Sheephorn handles. The natural colors of every Horn vary by the size, age and territory of the Sheep. This handle is very nice with lots of rich caramel colors and wonderful grain.
This knife also features Arno’s new Textured Stippling method that he uses on the flats, a very striking effect which adds to the overall appearance.
I hand picked several knives from Arno at the BLADE show this year and they are all great designs with unique handle materials. Alot of knife for the money is Anro’s stock in trade.
Every Bernard knife comes with a thick and exotic Cape Buffalo leather sheath.
