 I was very fortunate to begin working with several South African Knife Makers many years ago, I am continually impressed with the Quality of their knives and the value they offer.  In my journey as a knife dealer several SA Makers have introduced me to other SA Makers and the list of quality knives that I sell from that country continues to grow.  

The newest addition to my website is South African Knife Makers Guild member Willem Steenkamp.  

Willem says, “My goal in knife-making is to improve my skills on every knife I make.  I endeavor to learn as much as I can from other knife–makers that have the same interests as I have.”

I have said it before, I am always impressed with the craftsmanship and value that Willem offers in his knives.  A perfect sized EDC Fixed blade that can be easily carried in the pocket or around your neck.   

This is a Full Tang knife, the sleek 1/8″ thick Bohler Uddeholm Nc690 Stainless steel blade has a very high Hollow Grind. It has a Dual Blade Finish, a fine point and is Razor Sharp! 

Nc690 steel is quickly gaining popularity with American Makers, it is a very clean Austrian steel with a nice amount of Chromium to make it nearly maintenance free.  

The handle scales are Tri Color Camo -G-10 overlays with a subtle pebble texture.  A very comfortable Vertical Palm Swell to the handle  fills the hand nicely, also the Spine has great Custom Thumb Ridges. 

     Provided with a tight fitting Kydex Neck or Pocket sheath with plenty of Camo Paracod.  This knife will ride comfortably on your belt anywhere you go.
