This is a NEW Model ~ making it’s debut here at The Fort is Michael’s Robin Model
The Hand Ground blade was crafted from Super Strong 80CRV2 steel and given a Cryogenic Quench. This steel has properties that make it unique among High Carbon Steels. It excels at Toughness and is widely known as a Superior Performer. It has a good amount of Carbon and a Higher Chromium content plus the addition of Vanadium for Stain Resistance. Given an Expert Heat Treat and Cryogenic Quench by Michael, it will excel at Edge Retention.
It has a Mid Height Flat Grind, measures a whopping .195 Thick and is over 1 1/21″ Wide in the center. It also has a Thicker Convex Ground Penetrator Tip and Long Custom Fuller to reduce the blade weight.
The Handle Scales are a supremely Tough Red G-10 that have a Custom Hand Sculpted Surface texture for an enhanced grip. The Scales are attached with Torx Screws and Michael gave the the handle a Contoured Hand Filling Shape. Free Paracord Lanyard also included.
The Handle also has an Exposed Skull Crusher Butt
This is a knife that will tackle all Difficult Cutting or Light Chopping chores with ease.
The knife comes with a Secure, Custom Molded Kydex Belt Sheath with Red Kydex accents.
The Removable Cordura / Kydex Drop Loop allows you to change / add other Mounting Hardware such a Titanium Mummert Pocket / Pants Clip (Sold HERE) or Tek-Lok should you prefer.
A true top shelf package ~ includes a Hand Signed COA
