This is the recently released Manticore E – OTF Automatic by Heretic Knives ~ this particular example was a Limited Edition Black Aluminum handle with Jade G-10 Backcovers and features a Bowie shaped Two Tone Blade
The Custom Jade G-10 Firing Button is tall with Graduated Security Ridges and it with just a moderate PUSH the blade Fires Out the Front of the frame. Both sides of the Frame have Integral Traction Ridges that help to enhance the security of the grip when open. The frame has an etched White Inscription that indicates the heritage. This Heretic Manticore also has a Discreet Hardened Steel Glass Breaker embedded into the Butt
This type of Firing mechanism is one of the safest you will find, the Jade Button Rides inside a dedicated Channel and it does not allow the blade to engage until it is fully seated.
The front side of the Knife was Crafted from one Solid Piece of Aluminum. The unique Two Tone Black DLC Bowie Blade was Hand Ground from Elmax Steel and is Razor Sharp! The Top swedge is Not sharpened ~ this along with the size will make this one legal to carry most places.
The Reverse side was crafted from a Single Piece of Jade G-10, thus helping to reduce the overall weight without sacrificing strength. Complete with a Titanium Deep Carry pocket clip.
