Marcin Kampka (MK Knives and Tools) is a young Multi Talented Engineer, Designer and Maker from Poland. Known for his clean, Angular Fixed Blade Designs and attention to detail, this example of his work showcases his talent.
This is Marcin’s most Popular EDC /Hunter ~ MK-02
Each aspect of Marcin’s knives are built with a purpose. The MK-02 was one of Marcin’s first and most successful designs. This special knife has a near Full Height Flat Ground blade of High End, Uddeholm Vanadis 4 Extra Superclean Steel. This Steel provides an Amazing Combination of characteristics: Increased Wear Resistance (tougher than M4) and Incredible Edge Holding (better than CPM 3V).
Tough Flat Grind for excellent cutting, and a Polished Razor Sharp Cutting Edge
The Custom Multi Piece Black & OD Green Camo G-10 Handle is Ergonomically Contoured and Extremely Secure and Comfortable.Marcin cuts out each piece like a Puzzel, then assembles them with a precision fit so tight, you cannot even feel the seams. Unique Cross Hatch Surface Texture provides a Sure Grip even under adverse conditions.
This is a Full Tang knife that measures .165 Thick at the Tang. Very comfortable design for a Small to Medium sized Grip.
Note the Distal Taper along with some Subtle Thumb Ridges which assists in maintaining a Secure Grip in the hand.
The knife comes with Marcin’s Proprietary “FDE Spring” Custom Molded Kydex sheath.

Custom & Interchangeable Configuration allows for a variety of Carry options. The Hole and Slot Pattern in the Kydex is designed for easy Adjustment to any chosen angle. The knife can also be carried Horizontally.
The Current Setup is shown with a Removeable Kydex Belt Loops, which fit on Molle / Pals ~ Included Free with this Knife. The Industrial Grade Screws all have Micarta Washers for Noise Discipline.
