This is a refined elegant design, the beautiful Black Lava M3 handle scales have been contoured into a hand filling profile that is very ergonomic. The finger guard is integral and there is a nice swell at the butt ~ the hand falls naturally in between and make for a very secure grip.
The blade grind on this one is superb, a very sexy Recurve style grind. The blade glides open with minimal effort and locks with authority.
Allen has also added several artistic touches, such as the Textured Zircononium Bolsters (a SUPER Hard space age material used in the production of the Atomic Bomb) and Custom Grip Enhancement notches at the front and rear of the frame, this has an orange peel finish to keep it from being abrasive.
