This is a Rare New Pattern from Herb, I have never seen one quite like this one. This is Herb’s New Outlaw Bowie   

This big knife has a 3/16″ Thick blade crafted from Herb’s Hand Forged Birds Eye Damascus which is over 2,500 layers thick.

It has an Oval Nickel Silver Guard and a classic Long Bowie / Clip Point blade.  Herb’s expert Heat Treat and Etch brings out the Amazing Birdseye pattern very well.

Herb also added some Custom Filework on the Spine of the blade. 

  The knife has a Massice Full Grip handle of Fossilized Oosic that has some of the best natural color variation that I have ever seen on this material. 

 Oosic (also known as baculum) is a Bone that assists in copulation in a variety of very large cold water dwelling underwater species of animals.  A very unique material that was thousands of years in the making!  

The California Buckeye Burl Spacer resembles Van Gough’s beautiful “Starry Night” painting. 

  The Heavy Leather  Belt sheath has an Exotic Cobra Skin inlay and it has a Removable Belt Loop so that the Sheath can also be carried in the Boot! Nice snug fit and a wonderful compliment to the knife.
