I am very excited to feature this new Maker. I discovered Curtiss on Instagram where he he has a very loyal following. What drew me to Curtis’ work were the Flowing Lines of his designs and the incredible pictures of his San Mai Steel. However, when I held one of his knives I had a whole new appreciation for his distinctive work.

This is Curtis’ most popular Model – the Trapper ~ an artistic, Sole Authorship knife with Amazing attributes and Hand Filling Contours
The Blade of this beautiful knife is Flat Ground from Curtis’ own Hand Forged San Mai Steel. The mesmerizing pattern on the blade clearly shows the darker 80CRV2 Core in contrast with the Tough 410 Stainless exterior. This Ancient Technique results in a Steel that offers incredible Cutting potential with superior surface protection.
This is a Full Tang knife with Custom Contoured Handle scales of Stabilized KOA Wood
Curt contoured the handles to have a Natural, Ergonomic shape which both fills the Hand and is extremely comfortable.
This Hand Made knife would be the envy of every Hunter in Camp!
Curt also made the Thick Custom Leather Sheath from High Quality Vegetable Tanned Shoulder Leather
