The goal that Nathan and Dr. Dan Keffeler had with this blade was to create a Sword with some length that had a stout Primary Edge that would make it through harder targets and a Thin Razor Sharp Spine that could reliably slice through softer targets. The Sword should have a neutral balance to be used with one hand but designed to accommodate two handed grips for power cuts.

This is a Rare Model from Nathan Carothers (aka: Carothers Performance Knives). This is his K18 ~ a small sword that was precision built with the toughest materials available.
This Collaboration design is a Multi Purpose / Full Tang Beast – the Hand Grip was Contoured for Comfort, but made to adequately fill the Palm for Security. This example has Green Canvas Micarta handle scales with Deep Contouring for maximum grip comfort and safety.
The High End CPM 3V blade has Nathan’s famous Delta Heat Treatment and is a Robust .225 Thick ~ it is Double Edged throughout the blade length, it also has a Full Length Fuller and a Uniform Stonewashed finish.
Weighing in at 3 pounds & 12 Ounces, this is a Very Stout blade with an excellent design. The Integral Dual Guard and the excellent Ergonomics of the handle make this knife a joy to hold.
This is a knife that will handle any Difficult Cutting or Chopping chore with ease.
The knife comes with a Custom Molded Kydex Sheath with a Thumb Break as shown.
