Mike needs no introduction as anyone who knows Quality Hunting knives or Scagel inspired Forged cutlery is well aware of his work.

Here is a knife I have gotten alot of requests for over the past year, for those that enjoy a big Traditional Hand Forged / Hand Built knife here is a gorgeous example.  

Mike explained to me at the Show that he is taking a long hiatus from Knife Making to having a much needed Shoulder Surgery, so these will be the last of his knives until sometime next year!

 Beautiful, aged Amber Stag Stag handle that give the knife a simplistic Vintage Scagle style look.  

Mike worked with the natural shape of the Stag Antler, the Taper is toward the front and the handle Naturally Curves in the Middle creating a comfortable hand filling grip.   

 Perfectly ground, Full Height Convex blade must be used to appreciate how well it cuts. The blade is silver Soldered at the Tang and the Blade is Hair Shaving sharp. The Nickel Silver Guard is comfortably contoured and flanked by Aluminum and G-10 Spacers.

 Comes complete with a thick Right hand “Warlander Leather” Leather Belt Sheath ~ Stitched and Riveted.

All my Blades and handle materials are hand cut and assembled with function and flow in mind. When the handles are completed they seem to melt into your hand like they belong there, the way a knife handle should”.
