Kamil Dlugosz is a young maker from Opole, Poland. Known for his clean designs and attention to detail, this example of his work showcases his talent.
This is his Amazing “Proteus” Recurve Tactical Knife
The serpentine profile reminds one of a fine sportscar. But don’t be fooled by the refined appearance, this is a Tough, Full Tang blade that was made for extreme cutting. The Custom Handle scales are Thick, Deeply Contoured Carbon Fiber.
The M390 Blade is .210 Thick, has a Tested Rockwell of 61 Rc and Kamil has given it a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed finish. Note the Subtle yet elegant Recurve of the Cutting Edge.
Integral Thumb Ramp with Custom Thumb Ridges. Note how the Custom Swedge goes almost the full length of the blade.
Kamil does excellent work and once this knife is Sold it will be several months before I can get any more.
The knife comes with a Custom Fit, Thick Kydex sheath – ready for a Tek-Lok, Mummert Clip or other modular attachment.
A true top shelf package ~ includes COA, Business Card and a Padded Zipper Case.
