This is a very special knife from James ~ this is a Direct Copy of the Original Loveless Lamb Utility with Classic Green Canvas Micarta ~ a custom Ordered, Authentic Loveless Pattern
- Crafted from CPM154 Stainless Steel
- Tested Rockwell of 60
- Very comfortable Full Grip handle
- Deeply Tapered Tang
- Custom Red Liners
- Lined Thong Hole
- Flawless Mirror Polished Finish
- Stainless Guard with Mirror Polished Finish
- Custom Leather Sheath
Please excuse any Shadows or reflections in my photographs – due the Extremely High Mirror Polished finish of this knife – it was difficult to picture it’s pristine Finish.
The Blade has a Very High Hollow Grind and was Hand Crafted with a Robust Thickness of .190
No detail is out of place on this knife, the Tang is Steeply Tapered to reduce weight and the Handle Scales are Custom Contoured for a very Comfortable Grip. The thin Red Liners are a subtle touch and help to accent the Handle Material.
The Green Canvas Micarta handle scales are exactly the same as Loveless would have used on his knives. The entire knife has an Extremely High Fit and Finish.
This is a fitting Hand Made Tribute to one of the Great Masters of Custom Knife Making.
James Hand Stitches every Leather Sheath that he makes for his knives. I have to say that this particular Sheath is one of the best that I have seen from James.
Not many Custom Makers are offering a quality “Old School” package like this any more, this is an incredible wonderful package at a great price!
