Fort Henry Custom Knives is proud to be a direct Dealer for Hiroaki Ohta hand made knives
Direct from the Maker from the BLADE SHOW 2012
I hand picked this knife off Hiroaki’s Table and when you look closely at the pictures you will know why!
This is Hiroaki’s Remington Bullet pattern in some Amazing Exterior Mammoth Bark Ivory
This Custom Slipjoint by Hiroaki has the most beautiful hand carved Exterior Bark Mammoth Ivory handles that I have seen on one of his knives. The color is rich and it has dramatic Grain and surface texture.
The blade is about an 8.5 out of 10 for spring strength. It has an extremely smooth action, a firm Half Stop and perfect blade seating.
The 20,000 year old Mammoth Ivory matches perfectly and the custom milled contours on both sides really add to the character.
Hiroaki also makes his own Leather Pocket Sheaths for every knife, well stitched and holds the knife securely.
This knife represents the Highest Quality Hand Made Slip Joint that you can purchase.
