This is a Rare Pattern from Herb ~ this is his Cowboy Bowie knife.    

This special knife has Herb’s Hand Forged Birds Eye Damascus which is over 2,500 layers thick and an Extra Large Sea Cow Rib and Spalted Maple handle. 

This blade has an Traditional Bowie shape and has Herb’s unique Copper Wash and expert Etch that brings out the beautiful Birdseye pattern very well. The knife also has a Wide Nickel Silver Guard in front of the Stabilized Maple Burl spacer.

  The Sea Cow Rib has a thick oval shape and has beautiful color and grain that is all natural. 

This is an amazing combination of materials and a Unique Sole Authorship piece from Herb.

 The Heavy Leather Belt sheath has a Lizard Skin inlay! Nice snug fit and a wonderful compliment to the knife.
