HERB DERR
Herb needs no introduction as most folks who know quality Custom fixed blades and unique Damascus have heard his name many times.
Direct from the Maker this knife has a beautiful Bird’s Eye Damascus blade which is over 1,200 layers thick, with decorative Fileworked spine.
This is a Medium sized Model with a very generous, thick grip. Herb has left some of the natural contours in the Gemsbok horn and placed them at such a point that the last two fingers of your grip fall into these areas. Would fit the hand well even if wearing gloves.
The Gemsbok is is flanked by Nickel Silver Spacers and the Stabilized Spalted Maple spacer really accents the handle.
The Heavy Leather sheath has Lizard skin inlay and Tooling around the mouth of the Sheath. Nice snug fit and a wonderful compliment to the knife. Don’t miss out on this one.
