This is a very special Custom piece I just received from Derrick, a 3D Hard Hanya & Dragon Bronze Lighter
This Custom Lighter has a Solid Royal Bronze Body with Custom Antique finish and some custom enhancements created by Derrick.
First a Stylized Bronze Dragon adorns the Top. Also a thick Bronze Corner Lug and Bale has been added
The most striking addition is, of course, Derrick’s 3D Hard Hanya Skull on the body. The Skull is a very thick Custom Bronze Sculpture that rises almost 3/8″ off the body!
The Designer – Derrick Obatake born and raised in East Los Angeles has been designing and making jewelry for over 35 years. At an early age he was taught to be a machinist by his father. He is a Graduate Gemologist from GIA and has had formal training in traditional jewelry arts: Diamond setting, model making, casting, finishing and fabrication. He has extended experience in Die striking, and 3D CAD design.
