This is an immaculate, Pocket Friendly Flipper Hand Crafted by Jared Oeser, called the Tengu
This is the First Time Jared has used this Vintage 40 Year Old Canvas Micarta. Extremely Solid build, tough enough for any daily cutting ~ sleek enough to be considered a Gentleman’s Flipper but with evident Traditional Elements.
The Blade has a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed Satin Finish and a very High Hollow Grind with Custom Swedge and Tanto Tip. The Blade Flies open effortlessly with just a touch of the Front Flipper! Note Jared also added a Custom Vintage Patina to the Pivot to blend with the Vintage appearance.
The handle scales are Vintage Canvas over Multiple Contrasting Liners and a Full Length Black Micarta Backspacer
This knife has Amazing Action ~ the Blade Floats open Super Fast and the Lock Up is Consistent ~ early and secure.
