Dew Hara grew up helping his famous Knife Maker Father, Koji Hara. Koji and Dew are known World Wide for their Art knives with detailed Hand Work and fine Materials.
Dew Designed and Created this Special Custom Folder called the Noah. This example is a “One of One” ~ the entire knife has almost too many Special Features to showcase adequately. The Flipping action of this knife is incredibly smooth due to the Caged Bearings and Excellent Balance of the Blade.
Starting with the Blade is Mirror Polished, DLC coated OU-31 with a Duplex Grind and Kiridashi Tip. The Blade also has a Framed Cutout with Abalone Inserts.
The Waveform Titanium Frame also has Windows cut into the exterior to show off the Increidble Custom Abalone Inlays.
The Complicated Grinds on the Blade are especially nice. Also, the blade has an Integral Thumb Ramp with Subtle Custom Ridges. Note the Fire in the Abalone Inlays, this is all Natural and as with ALL my pictures, no Filter was used on this pic.
This is a Liner Lock Flipper design with a nice Heft to it due to the Construction. Note the Frame is Custom Textured and Anodized, the Liner Lock is Very Secure and smooth to release.
The ergonomics of this knife are wonderful, with Titanium Handles and Stainless Steel Liners that have excellent Texturing and a Matching Waveform Titanium Backspacer.
An extreme Deep Set Titanium Pocket clip allows this knife to ride out of sight! The Clip is Marked with Dew’s Name and the “1 of 1” Designation.
