Dew Designed and Created this Gorgeous Custom Flipper called the NOAH
This entire knife has almost too many Special Features to showcase adequately. The Frame is Stainless Steel with Copper handles that have a Labor Intensive Japanese Shikkoku Drop texture. The Shikkoku Drop finish is created by oxidizing the copper black using chemicals then artfully adding water droplets with a black lacquer. The elegantly Contoured Copper Frame has Windows cut into the exterior to show off the Gorgeous Abalone Inlays.
The Operation of this knife is extremely smooth, the Flipping action is impeccable due to the Caged Bearings and Excellent Balance of the Blade. Look closely and you will see that Dew Hand Ground the M390 Blade with a complex Duplex Grind and Kiridashi Tip. He worked to attain a Flawless Mirror Polish and even added an Abalone inlay in the top of the blade.
The design incorporates an Integral Thumb Ramp with Custom Thumb Ridges.
This is a Liner Lock Flipper design with a nice Heft to it due to the Construction. The Liner Lock is Very Secure and smooth to release.
The ergonomics of this Big Knife are wonderful. The Incredible Copper Handle Overlays and Matching Titanium Backspacer make for wonderful contrasting acccents.
An extreme Deep Set Titanium Pocket clip allows this knife to ride out of sight!
