Andre is known World Wide for his precision Flippers, so I am very excited to offer his work to my Customers. This is one of his amazing Gentleman’s Flippers with Embellished Zirconium Bolsters
The blade on this Andre Thorburn Gentleman’s flipper was Hand Ground from tough N690 which Andre gave a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed finish. The handles are Lightening Strike Carbon Fiber with Hand Stippled Zirconium Bolsters. Needles to say, the Action is Incredible.
This is one of Andre’s Most Popular sizes, just a bit of pressure on the flipper mechanism causes the blade to Leap into the Open and Locked Position! Superb action that will bring a smile to your Face! Beautifully Hand Textured Zirconium Bolsters by Andre’s Wife shows some gorgeous subtle coloring.
Excellent Early Lock Up with a Smooth Release.
The Contoured Scales and subtle Thumb Ridges on this Andre Thorburn Gentleman’s Flipper make for a very secure Full Hand Filling Grip.
Andre also gave this knife a Fully Fileworked and Anodized Titanium Frame with a Black G-10 backspacer.
