I was very fortunate to begin working with several South African Knife Makers many years ago, I am continually impressed with the Quality of their knives and the value they offer. In my journey as a knife dealer several SA Makers have introduced me to other SA Makers and the list of quality knives that I sell from that country continues to grow.

Andre Thorburn is known World Wide for his precision Flippers. I can say without a doubt that THIS KNIFE is one of the finest Gentleman’s Flippers that I have ever offered!
This is one of Andre Thorburn’s Popular Flipper Models, just a bit of pressure on the flipper mechanism causes the blade to Leap into the Open and Locked Position! Incredible action that will bring a smile to your Face!
The blade was hand ground from tough N690 Stainless steel – then Andre gave it a Flawless Hand Rubbed Satin finish.
The handle scales are great looking Blue/Black Carbon Fiber – but what really catches the eye are the Beautifully Hand Engraved Zirconium Bolsters (these are Engraved by Andre’s Wife).
Very secure Lock ~ Early Lock up and very secure.
This knife also features Andre’s new Two Dimensional Fileworked and Anodized Ti Liners with a Full Length Black G-10 backspacer. There are subtle Thumb Ridges (which are continued onto the Ti Frame) which make for a very Secure Full Hand Grip.
