This is DireWare’s NEW STYLE SOLO Recurve Flipper, a powerful Hand Crafted Framelock Folder precision crafted with one of the thickest Titanium Frames I have seen on a Folder
The Presentation side of this New Direware Recurve Tanto Solo is very Special, it has Milled Windows with unique Fat Carbon Brass Snakeskin Carbon Fiber Inlays (which really reduces the weight) inlaid into the Thick Titanium Handle ~ the Precision Fit of the inlays are so clean that you cannot even feel the Seams!
The CPM-20CV blade has a Difficult Duplex Grind with a Dual Machine Satin Finish on the bevels and High Satin flats. The Blade flips open Extremely smoothly(no wrist action necessary) due to the Internal Bearing System and excellent Balance of the Blade.
The supremely Thick Frame Lock engages early and securely with a powerful sound.
The Direware Recurve Solo is held together with Custom Torx screws and Titanium Standoffs for maximum strength.
The Deep Set Titanium pocket clip on this Direware Solo will allow this big knife to ride discreetly in your pocket ~ the clip is also Reversible! This example also has a Custom Brass Pivot Collar (the first time I have seen this feature on a Solo)
