I discovered Ken on Instagram where he has a HUGE following and was really impressed with the distinctive look of his work. Ken lives in Indiana and last year he had a severe Stroke. He has been working hard and is now able to spend a little time each week in his shop ~ but it will be some time yet before he starts making knives full time.

This is Ken’s Custom Badger ~ a Rare “Safe Find” that I forgot I had purchased.

This Black Roc Kroc was Hand Crafted with Thick Black G-10 handle scales and Custom Red Liners. The complete handle has a a Three Dimensional Surface Texture and Perimeter Traction Grooves to channel Dirt and Moisture away from the middle of the handle.
This powerfully built knife has a 1 5/8″ Wide blade with a near Perfect Flat Ground Blade and Subtle Distal Taper that will provide amazing Penetration as well as being capable of Chopping or handling Tough Full Power Cutting Chores with ease.
80CRV2 is known for having the Extreme Toughness of High Carbon Steels, yet it also has the Perk of High Stain Resistance. The blade on this Black Roc Kroc has Ken’s Abstract Acid & Wire Brush Finish and the Flats and Spine have a Unique Hand Applied Flint Napped texture.
The Integrated Birds Beak Butt provides Extreme Security and Control. The Rear of the Custom Designed Handle is made for Fast Indexing of the Handle and this one also has an Exposed Skull Crusher / Glass Breaker.
This is a very Tough Model that has a Comfortable, Full Grip Handle. This knife would make an Excellent Blade for anyone going into harms way!
