GEORGI MENCHEV
I am pleased to introduce this new Custom Maker to the US Market. Georgi started his knife making career at the age of 16. He is still relatively young at 25 and he has enjoyed working with some of the best European knife Makers. He has built up a loyal following in his native land of Bulgaria and is now expanding to the US. His work is well thought of by his peers and I am sure he will quickly secure a place among US Collectors.

Georgi Menchev is a young maker from Bulgaria. Georgi does not use any CNC or Computer Equipment in the crafting of his knives. He produces each knife by hand and is well known for his clean designs and attention to detail, this example of his work showcases his talent.
This is a Wirkkala Style Puukko. A Traditional Pattern that has stood the test of time and is prized as the Ultimate EDC and Woods Knife by many Scandinavian peoples. More than enough blade for any Daily Cutting or Light Camping chore.
This Menchev Puukko embodies the true Spirit of a Bushcraft knife, a Traditional Scandinavian styled Puukko. Georgi Crafted this knife with a Gorgeous Stabilized Maple Burl handle with a very unique Tear Drop Shape.
The Custom Contoured Handle is Larger and Thicker on top with Flattened Sides ending in a Tear Drop shaped bottom.
When in the hand, the Fingers rest comfortably on the Flat Area and the smaller Tapered bottom of the handle fills the Palm. Every the Artist, Georgi took the Extra Step to Tumble and add a lovely, Vintage Patina to the Brass Guard and Butt Cap ~ Fit so precisely you cannot even feel the Seam!
This is a Sleek, Full Length Stick Tang blade that is just the size to carry comfortably every day. The RWL34 Blade is .160 Thick, has Hand Sanded Bevels and a Tested Rockwell of 61 Rc.
The knife comes with a Beautiful, Thick Custom Tooled and Hand Stitched Leather Pouch sheath.
