Making its debut here at The Fort is Chase Boatright’s New Drop Point Hunter ~ a Tough Field / Backup Blade that will tackle any Camp or Tactical challenge.
The Boatright Drop Point Hunter has a Robust Nitro V Blade with an Acid washed finish. The High Hollow Ground blade was Hand Ground and the Custom Contouring on the handle helps to provide a comfortable, secure grip. The Blade has a Uniform Stonewashed finish and plenty of cutting edge.
This is a Full Tang knife that is Comfortable but slightly overbuilt to accomplish tougher tasks.
Chase gave this one some Black/Brown Canvas Micarta Scales with Stainless Bolts, Brown Canvas Micarta liners and Custom perimeter Shoulder Contours to better fill the grip. Also, a deep forward finger groove and a Sharpening Choil all combine to create a very secure and comfortable (non abrasive) grip.
The Boatright Bladeworks Hunter is a wonderful, Hand Made blade that would make a welcome addition on any Hunting Trip.
Chase Custom Molds each Kydex sheath and this one comes with a Large Tek-Lok belt attachment which allows for a multitude of carry positions.
