I am very pleased to debut this new Custom Maker to the US market. Cobble Blade is a small Custom Workshop in the Ukraine who Specializes in hand crafting Fixed Blade / Outdoor knives and Axes. They do not use any CNC / Computers or waterjet machinery and craft each of their blade one at a time entirely within their shop.
This is the Harpoon ~ meant as a Rugged, Outdoor blade that will do Light Chopping and will do everything from Fine Skinning chores to Jointing a Large Animal. Especially built as a Single Source blade for Survival or Military applications.
This is a Super Tough, Full Tang design, .185 Thick ~ Hand Ground from CPM-3V Steel
The Blade has a Dark Stonewash Finish and the Spine has a Unique Hand Applied Flint Napped texture.
Professional Heat Treat provides a very respectable 64 on the Rockwell chart. Perfect High Hollow Grind and Razor Sharp edge!
Thick Camo G-10 handle scales with Perimeter Traction Grooves to channel Dirt and Moisture away from the middle of the handle. This will provide a sure grip even under other than ideal conditions.
The Custom Full Size Handle Shape melts into your Palm. It has a Dramatic Birds Beak butt and Deep Forward Finger Guard, these combine to make an Extremely Secure and Comfortable Grip.
