There only a few classic designs in the history of knives where the Original Designers name is synonyamous with a blade, Horace Kephart is one of those folks. This is a Bob’s rendition of the original turn of the century Kephart design. This is a very Unique Dozier / Kephart Special
This notable example has a Full Height Flat Ground Blade! Over the past 12 Months, I have had fewer than Five Knives from Bob Dozier that have been Flat Ground! If you have only read about it, you need to experience a Razor Sharp Flat grind like this one.
This is a Full Tang blade with Custom Black Liners – Wonderfully contoured to completely fill your grip.
Being that Kephart enjoyed the Western North Carolina Mountains, I chose some Beautiful Stabilized American Curly Oak Handle Scales for this knife ~ very Unique with lots of Tight, Natural Grain
Hair shaving sharp (as expected) and with the ” Dr of D2’s ” Proprietary Heat Treatment you KNOW this knife will perform!
