Here is a Rare Model that Bob brought to me ~ a Custom Tactical in a very uncommon PD1 Micro Melt Blade Steel.
PD1 Steel was created by Crucible to have a Greater Wear Resistance and Toughness than normal D2 Tool Steel. It is Extremely Tough and also has a very Uniform Carbide Distribution which allows for a 61 Rockwell Hardness
The Crisp Grinds on this blade are extremely well done! The Top Edge on this blade is Not Sharpened, but could be.
This knife has a Full Grip handle with nicely Contoured, Hand Filling Micarta Scales.
This Design is Sleek and Built with a Purpose, Stainless Blind Bolts and Stainless Lined Thong Hole.
This is a very tough yet very comfortable model.
Hair shaving sharp (as expected) and comes with an upgraded RH Vertical sheath that has a Thumb Break and a Cordura Drop Belt Loop already attached.
