Bob makes a Folding Hunter that is the perfect EDC for those wanting a Tough Folding knife they can actually use. This one sports an Incredible Gnarly Sambar Stag handles with a beautiful matching grain on both sides. Bob bought the majority of his Stag supply more than 20 years ago, this quality of Stag is long gone from todays market.
Using the Right Hand Thumb stud the D2 Blade opens very smoothly but the blade does slightly rub against the rear Titanium frame. With more than enough Cutting Edge to tackle any Every Day Chore.
The integral Thumb Ramp on the Spine of this Dozier Folding Utility Hunter has Security Ridges that rise just above the handle scales when open, just enough to enhance the grip. The Thick Stag Scales on this knife are amazing! Due to the decade old ban on the importation of Sambar Stag, this quality of Stag is long gone from todays market.
This Dozier Folding Hunter has thick, Satin Finished Titanium liners and a Full Length Micarta backspacer. Excellent fit and finish!
The Thick Titanium Liner lock is early and very strong!
Extremely Solid and will ride comfortably deep in your pocket or in a Sheath on your belt. This knife is smooth and tough at the same time, not an easy thing to accomplish!
