Bob’s Backlog is now near 4 Years ~ and he No Longer makes this Model! 

There are lots of standard models in the Dozier line up and each have aspects in common, ie. Full Tang, Handle shape, etc.  And of course if you want something truly unique from Bob, he hand crafts a line that are cousins to the Traditional Loveless drop point with only the best handle materials, elegantly tapered, highly polished, wonderful to hold and behold and start at about $950.  

   This particular model is Bob’s answer to a moderately priced custom with a Soldered Guard, Tapered Tang and a hint of the Loveless era Hunter / Skinners from days gone by.  

 This Loveless inspired Blade has a Very High Hollow Grind plus a very Rare feature on a Dozier now days, a Fully Tapered Tang to reduce the weight.  Also, the handles of this special Model are Much More Rounded than other Dozier models. 

  The Full Grip Ironwood handle has a Single, Satin Finished Stainless Blind Bolt and Stainless Lined Thong Hole. Bob also did an excellent job on the Silver Soldering of the Guard and Tang (which most Makers don’t even attempt any longer). 

This package offers ALL the Bells and Whistles that could be Custom Ordered on a Dozier, without the $1,000 price tag!

Bob was taught how to make his Leather Sheaths by Bob Loveless  Bob even goes so far to use the same type of Sewing Machine that Loveless used.

This Thick, Shoulder Leather Right Hand Belt Sheath has a deep interior welt that keeps the knife securely in place EVEN IF YOUR TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN AND SHAKE IT!
