This is a very special Avocet that I just scored from Jared, it is an XL Spanto Variant with a Full Ti Frame!
The RH Thumb Stud is perfectly placed to allow easy opening. The Crucible CPM 154 Spanto blade has a Tough Stonewashed finish. Buttery Smooth Action!
A Full Grip handle and comfortable Thumb Ramp with Ridges makes this knife feel especially comfortable in the forward grip.
Also, this example has a Custom Canvas Micarta Pivot Collar that does Double Duty as the Lock Bar Stop / Overtravel.
The smooth action and early, Solid lock up on this knife are spot on!
The Entire Frame and Clip have a uniform blasted Finish for max Wear Resistance. The Canvas Micarta Backspacer matched the Pivot Collar.
Blade is centered when closed and the Custom Titanium Clip allows for comfortable discreet carry.
