This Dozier Filet is a large, versatile knife ~ 1/8″ thick D2 steel with just a slight bit of flexibility to the blade. This beauty would work well on any Small to Large Game Fish or even as a custom Boning knife for the Holiday Meat!
This is a Full Tang knife with Tough, Glass Bead Blasted OD Green Micarta Handles with Brass Blind Bolts. The Glass Bead Blasting allows the Micarta to open and gives this knife a Subtle Grippy Texture.
