Here is a rare chance at a very popular Southard ~ a unique Presentation Balisong.
This Phillipine design is a perfect hybrid of a Tactical / Artistic folder. For the Handle Scales Brad chose Lightening Strike Carbon Fiber over a Ti Frame, then he added custom weights inside the lower frame of each side.
The action is incredibly smooth due to both a Bearing system and Brad’s excellent balance of the blade. Though I am no “Flipper” the precision is easily evident even to a novice like me.
The Blade is Chad Nichols Damascus with CTS XHP Core.
The Thumb Ridges on the Spine enhance the grip.
Wonderful feel and great ergonomics to this knife, it fits the hand like a glove. Brad has given this one lots of artistic touches like the Mokuti Lock and Matching Pocket clip.
The Custom Weights are hidden inside and are made from both Copper and LSCF.
