Custom Hunter ~ 01 of One
This is a one of Michael’s rare Fixed Blade Hunting knives. As an Artist Michael enjoys creation and experimentation, he decided to Hand Craft a few Hunters before the Show this year (each a different size and purpose) and this is one of the most Robust in that group ~ a Tough, but beautiful Trail Knife that has a gorgeous appearance but will be strong enough for any Camp or Woods Chore.
This is a Full Tang Hunter with a wonderfully comfortable Custom Contoured Handle of Silver Twill Carbon Fiber with a Thick Black G-10 underlayer. This special knife also has a Deeply Tapered Tang (something VERY few Makers do any more).
The Blade was Hand Ground from Robust 5/32 nds M390 that Michael gave a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed Finish.
A Late Distal Taper at the tip will allow for Finer Cutting work or assistance in puncture. Also, the Custom Thumb Ridges on this one assist in Forward grip security.
Michael is a perfectionist ~ thus you can be assured that Mr Bladowski and Michael crafted each part of this knife with care and precision.
This knife comes complete in a Custom, Wet Molded Leather Sheath.
