Here is a knife I have gotten alot of requests for over the past year, for those that enjoy a big traditional Hand Forged knife here is a gorgeous example.  

Mike explained to me at the Show that he is taking a long hiatus from Knife Making to having a much needed Shoulder Surgery, so these will be the last of his knives until sometime next year!

This is a RARE Model of Mike’s that he calls a Magnum Camp Knife 

Thick Custom Contoured Scagle Style handle with a Nickel Silver  Guard, Aluminum, Maroon G-10, Aluminum & Micarta spacers and an Absolutely Incredible Samber Stag Butt.  

The Sambar Stag Butt has beautiful Gnarly Character and Natural Color. Stag of this Size and Quality have been gone from the market for many years. 

 Perfectly ground Full Height Convex blade that is 1  5/8″ wide and 3/16″ thick!  A Full Length Custom Swedge lightens the Forward Weight of the blade making it feel light in the hand. 

  This Hand Forged Blade is Silver Soldered to the Tang and is Hair shaving sharp.

This big knife will make short work of even the hardest Camp or game chore.

  Comes with a Right hand Leather belt sheath, Riveted and Stitched with Stainless Rivets.

All my Blades and handle materials are hand cut and assembled with function and flow in mind. When the handles are completed they seem to melt into your hand like they belong there, the way a knife handle should”.
