This is Jason’s Extremely Popular – Full Size Scout Framelock
This lightweight knife has a Ventilated Dragon Skin Carbon Fiber Front scale that helps reduce the overall weight. The Blade has a Silky Smooth Action and the knife intuitively falls into your grip when open.
This example has a Superb Full Height Flat ground Blade of M390 that has One of the Best, Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed Finishes and Long Custom Swedge.
Jason takes great care with the Heat Treatment of all his blades, using a Vacuum Heat Treat with Sub Zero Quench and provides a Rc Certificate of Testing with each knife.
The Frame has a Deep Forward Thumb Index Area with Custom Thumb Ridges that enhance the Grip of the knife when open.
The Thick Titanium Frame creates a Lock that is both early and tight!
Also, the open construction further reduces the weight.
