Herb’s pieces are Sole Authorship ~ he Hand Forges his own Damascus, grinds his own blades, makes his own Leather Sheaths and still finds time to Teach courses at a Community College on how to make Damascus.

Back in the day if a man sat down at a Card Table he hoped he brought alot luck with him, but if things got bad he knew he had an Ace in the Hole with this type of back up plan!
This knife features Herb’s Rare Twist Eye Damascus which is over 2,500 layers thick. I have only had 3 Knives this year with Herb’s Twist Damascus! This is a Forged Damascus pattern, not etched or engraved. The Complicated Dagger Grind is impeccable and both sides of the blade are razor sharp!
The knife has a Nickel Silver and California Buckeye Burl Spacer in front of the Gorgeous Fossilized Steller’s Sea Cow Rib Bone handle ~ this material is very dense and has beautiful Natural deposits of color. The Beautiful Damascus Dagger Blade is approx 1/8″ Thick and has more than enough cutting edge and is Marked on the Tang with Herb’s Makers Mark.
The Heavy Leather Belt sheath has a Salt Water Crocodile Skin inlay and it has a Removable Leather Frog Around the Outside, so that the Sheath can also be carried in the Boot! Nice snug fit and a wonderful compliment to the knife.
I love this combination on Herb’s knives. Such a Great Value in top quality materials.
