Description

Great Eastern Cutlery

~ Direct from the Maker ~

This knife is from my Personal collection, I have accumulated over 100 GEC Knives over the years and have decided to list a few on my website.

This is the #23 pattern with a Large Spey blade. The tang is Stamped 2007, making this one of the early knives produced, before the company went to the series of numbers to designate the pattern.

The Model of this knife is #23 Beaver Tail ~ it has beautiful Natural Bone handle scales and High Polished Nickel Silver Bolsters

#127 of 250 knives Made in 2007 – the serial number is inscribed on the front bolster.

The 1095 blade has a high Satin Finish.  The blade is well centered and has crisp Smooth Action.

The Tang of the blade is marked Great Eastern Cutlery, Titusville, PA .  The Blade has the Beaver Tail Trade Mark.

Note – this Model also has Brass Liners over the Stainless BackSpring.

Complete in the Original Storage Tube with Oil Wax Paper (they did not include a COA with these early knives)

A wonderful knife that would be a welcome addition to any Slip Joint Collection

Don’t miss out on this one.
