Michael and I created the “Double Tap” project some time ago, and this knife is a unique variation of that project. This is the “S2 Fire Fighter“.
Michael gave the Thick Titanium frame an aged appearance which he accomplished using a Proprietary Gold Dust finish. The entire piece has amazing detail and there are actual Gold Flakes in the finish.
The M390 Blade flips effortlessly due to the internal Bearings and Precision balance of the blade – no wrist action needed.
The Blade Grind is an Aggressive Modified Harpoon Style and it has Custom Thumb Ridges on the Spine for a very secure grip!
This Limited Edition version has 2 particular inlays representative of the Firefighters
The Frame Lock incorporates a Hardened Steel, Replaceable Lock Face.
The Titanium Frame has a Near Full Length Backspacer that adds Strength to the frame and it extends just above the Frame to aid in grip retention.
The Matching Devil’s Tail Clip allows for Deep, Discreet carry.
The knife also comes with a matching “Brooklyn Bottle Opener”
