Kamil Dlugosz is a young maker from Opole, Poland. Known for his clean designs and attention to detail, this example of his work showcases his talent. Kamil Sold Out at his First Blade Show!
This is his Massive “Defender” Tactical Fighter
The blade profile reminds one of a modern Bowie Knife at first glance, but don’t be fooled by the refined appearance, this is a Tough, Full Tang blade that was made for extreme cutting.
The Custom Black G-10 Handle scales (the Toughest Handle Material on the Market) are Thick, Deeply Contoured and Bead Blasted for a Sure Grip even under other than ideal conditions.
The Bohler M390 Blade is a Whopping .215 Thick and has a Tested Rockwell of 61 Rc. Kamil has given the blade a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed finish and left the Flats with the Scale on them.
Kamil’s Attention to Detail can be seen in how the Handle Scales recede away from the Custom Thumb Ramp & Ridges to allow for Full Contact. Also, the Custom Swedge goes almost the full length of the blade.
Kamil does excellent work and once this knife is Sold it will be several months before I can get any more.
The knife comes with a Custom Fit, Thick Kydex sheath – ready for a Tek-Lok or other modular attachment.
A true top shelf package ~ includes a Business Card and Padded Zipper Case.
