This is an immaculate Custom Ultra Light Trapper model Slip Joint hand crafted by Jim Dunlap. This example has Lightening Strike Carbon Fiber Handle Scales
Extremely Solid build, tough enough for any Daily Utility or small Game cutting chore. The CPM 154 Blade has superb “walk and talk” and the Half Stop is very secure.
Extremely smooth with just the right amount of tension on the Spring Tension (about a 6 in a range from 1-10).
The Blade has a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed Satin Finish and a very High Hollow Grind with a Custom Swedge.
The next photo shows the joint of the Tang and the Spring – you can not not even see the Joint it is so Extremely precise.
