This is the very pocket friendly Caballero Front Flipper Hand Crafted by Enrique Pena
Extremely Solid build, tough enough for any daily cutting ~ this Pena Caballero is sleek enough to be considered a Gentleman’s Flipper but with evident Traditional Elements. The Mokuti Bolsters really stand out against the Green Canvas Micarta.
The CPM-154 Blade on this Pena Caballero has a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed Satin Finish and a very High Hollow Grind and Long Custom Swedge. The Blade rides on Ceramic Bearings on top of Hardened Stainless Steel Washers ~ it Flies open effortlessly with just a touch of the Front Flipper!
The Custom MokuTi Bolsters have incredible Color when viewed in person.
Extremely nice action, the blade glides open Super smoothly and the Lock Up is Consistent ~ early and secure.
The open frame construction helps strengthen the Frame yet keep the knife lightweight.
A Wonderful and Innovative design, for those that Appreciate the Traditional Styling of a Slip Joint but also enjoy the updated Opening Mechanism of a Front Flipper.
