This is DireWare’s latest version of his incredible SOLO ~ this is a SOLO V-5 Flipper, a powerful Framelock folder precision crafted with one of the thickest Titanium Frames I have seen on a Folder.
This SOLO has a two tone blade finish with Stonewashed Flats and a Machine Satin finish on the bevels.
The Front side is a OD Green G-10 scale with Fullers (Eric has not done this style since his TAD Gear Release). The M390 blade has a very complicated Multi Grind. The Blade flips open Extremely smoothly (no wrist action necessary) or it can also be opened using either of the Dual Thumb Studs.
The supremely Thick Frame Lock engages early and securely with a powerful sound.
The knife is held together with torx Screws and has Custom Titanium backspacer for maximum strength.
Another NEW Feature that Eric has just started adding are Custom Inlays. This one has Matching OD Green G-10 Inlays in the Satin Finished Titanium Frame. So well finished that you cannot even feel the Seems of the Joints of the two Materials!
