Bob isn’t making many Folding knives days, so I was extremely glad to score this Classic Dozier Folding Hunter with Snakewood scales from him at the Show
Extremely Solid build, tough enough for any Camp or Game chore yet light enough to carry every day. Snakewood varies greatly in its appearance, the Scales on this example have some of the Tightest and most Prominent Grain patterns that I have see.
The thick D2 Blade glides open smoothly using the RH Thumb Stud.
The integral Thumb Ramp on this Dozier folding hunter has Security Ridges that rise just above the Titanium Frames, just enough to enhance the grip.
The lock one this one is Very Secure! Bob milled out a small section of the Snakewood handle and opposite side Frame to allow for easy access to the Thumbstud.
This knife is smooth and tough at the same time. A very Rare Dozier Custom Folder direct from the Maker.
This Dozier Folding Hunter comes in a Velcro belt sheath.
