Bob isn’t making many Folding knives days, so I was extremely glad to pick up this folder at the Blade Show. A Classic Dozier Folding Hunter with Beautiful Dyed Wooly Mammoth Scales and MOP Inlays.
On both sides of this knife Bob also expertly Inlaid an upscale material ~ Gorgeous Mother of Pearl that has gorgeous colors when rotated in the light. (I could not capture the fire or color of the MOP in pics – sorry)
Extremely Solid build, tough enough for any Camp or Game chore yet light enough to carry every day. The thick D2 Blade on this Folding Hunter glides open smoothly using the RH Thumb Stud.
The integral Thumb Ramp on this Dozier folding hunter has Security Ridges that rise just above the handle scales, just enough to enhance the grip. Thick Titanium Liners add superior strength to the frame but very little weight.
The lock one this one is Very Early and Strong! Bob milled out a small section of the Mammoth handle and opposite side Frame to allow for easy access to the RH Thumbstud.
This Dozier Folding Hunter is smooth and tough at the same time. A Rare Custom Dozier direct from the hands of a Living Legend of the custom Knife World.
This Dozier comes with a Cordura / Velcro belt sheath.
