This is a hand carved Sterling Silver mini Amor Vincit Omnia Pendant by Derrick Obatake of Steel Flame
The Term is Latin for “Love Conquers All“
You may have seen Derrick’s pieces on several of the actors of both “The Expendables” movies.
This piece is cast of Solid Sterling Silver with amazing detail. It has an excellent “Vintage Gunmetal” patina with highlights. The Dagger is almost 1 1/4″ and the Wingspan is 1″. This would work well with one of the 3mm Steel Flame Chains.
The Designer – Derrick Obatake born and raised in East Los Angeles has been designing and making jewelry for over 35 years. At an early age he was taught to be a machinist by his father. He is a Graduate Gemologist from GIA and has had formal training in traditional jewelry arts: Diamond setting, model making, casting, finishing and fabrication. He has extended experience in Die striking, and 3D CAD design.
