Here is a Tough, XL Fighter made for action by T.K. Steingass
The CPM 3V Blade was Hand Ground from 3/16″ Thick Stock and TK gave the Blade and Hilt a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed finish.
This Full Tang knife has a Distal Taper and a Tapered Tang, this puts the balance point right where it should be just behind the forward finger guard area.
The Double Guard has been Silver Soldered to the Blade to prevent moisture from entering the Tang area. Not many Makers do this step anymore.
With an Rc of 60-61 and a very difficult Double Hollow Ground blade and a Sharpened Forward Swedge, this blade will be an excellent cutter.
The 10 oz Leather sheath is also by Mr Steingass nd is set for RH Belt carry. Extremely well fit, the knife will not come out unless you want it to!
This is a great price on this new Custom Fighter.
Some Slight Handling Marks but never used or Sharpened.
Previously owned but never used, carried or sharpened.
