Ray has been known for the flawless execution he provides with each knife for more than a decade. He is destined to be one of the most well known Slip Joint / Custom Pocket Knife makers of all time. Ray’s entire family seems to be Gifted with Talent, his Daughter and Son are both well known Engravers who have embellished Rays pristine knives for several years.
When I saw that Ray would be attending the St Louis Knife Show I made sure to be his First Customer! I hand picked several of his most beautiful pieces and I am very glad to be offering those starting with this particular knife.

This is a gorgeous example of Ray’s Single Blade Jack knife pattern.
Ray polished the Antique Ivory Paper Micarta scales which closely resemble true Ivory in person. The scales are Precision Dovetailed into the Mirror Polished Stainless Bolsters and Stainless Liners so that the entire frame appears to be one piece! Black Liners contrast well with the gentle Antique Ivory color.
This knife has the more rare D-2 steel which Ray does not use very often, however he has taken alot of time to put a hand sanded High Satin Finish on the Blade which is not easy with D-2! The action is super smooth and the Crisp Smooth Spring Tension is extremely solid. The Walk and Talk of this knife will thrill even the experienced Slip Joint collector.
